Positive: Lovely large house with plenty of space for everyone. Cosy, comfy, and has everything you need.
Negative: 2nd bathroom would have been handy. Having 2 families with kids, all trying to get ready in one bathroom took time. There is a 2nd toilet and sink but 2nd shower would have been great. But this is minor issue as property is great.
